I will start working on Visual Studio 2017 support for the plugin in 1 or 2 weeks. I also would like to add some small improvements.
It is hard to tell when it will be available because it depends a lot of the time I spent on this project. It may be available around mid May if I do not discover any special issues with the new VS 2017 API.
As a workaround, you can call the command line version of OpenCppCoverage from Tool menu but this is probably not what you want.
